Disgusted

I contacted Mica head office last week through their website with a very strong complaint regarding the poor quality of a product and being ********** when I bought a cistern kit from Parkrand, Boksburg. Once the toilet was in pieces we found that the kit was incomplete. Sold incomplete, not just parts missing. I went back to be told they had a second kit R20.00 more that one has ALL the parts in it. Why was I not sold that kit? I spent a further R150.00 to buy the missing pieces. What really upset me is that they has both kits available and I was given the wrong kit in the first place. This kit is ******* on top of that, we have had to modify the kit to stop it leaking. I reported this to head office as I am incensed but they don't even have the decency to reply to my email. Leaves me with a very low opinion of Mica's service, product quality and customer service!
