Disappointing Doringkloof branch

My daughter had keys cut at the Doringkloof Mica branch. These were cut too deep and could only work with some serious jiggling in the lock. When she finally got round to go back to them, they not only acknowledge that the keys were over cut, but charged her to have another one done. To top it off this new key also doesn't work. Wouldn't go there again even for #BlackFriday specials. The service at this branch is so disappointing especially since the branch in Waterkloofrif gives such good service.
