Customer Service at its best

A special shout out needs to go to Jonathan at Mica Dunkeld. Having phoned several Mica's to source a shower, with no luck, I finally gave Dunkeld a call and got Jonathan on the line.<br> <br> Although he didn't have one for me in stock, he offered to source one for me and have it delivered to Dunkeld. He then offered to drop it off at my house. He called me back three times to confirm that he had sourced one and it was at the store waiting for me to come and pay.<br> <br> What a pleasant experience it was dealing with someone who was prepared to go the extra mile. Thank You. <br> <br> I have told everyone I know about the excellent service I got from Jonathan.
