Customer doesnt come first

Arrived at Mica Bethlehem at 7h30, their opening time, and was told by a staffmember that they are in a meeting and I should return at 8h00. I called head office, received callback from Gert, their ops guy, he said he would investigate and get back to me, that was bout 2 months ago. Have chatted to other Bethlehem residents and consensus is that staff are always in groups chatting and poor service. Mica in Bhm must be making tons of money not needing to care for new customers. Surprising seeing that Builders Wharehouse is nearly ready for opening their beautiful store near the mall.
