Consistent poor service at Mica - Vanderbijlpark Riverside

This store probably has the highest ratio of assistants on the floor to actual customers, compared to all the other branches I visit, yet you will find it very difficult to actually get anyone to assist you when you need them. Nine out of ten times they will see you browsing and looking for something yet they congregate in groups engaged in intense parliamentary discussions without even bothering to ask if you need help. I am writing this review as it has happened countless times previously as I shop at this specific shopping center at the other shops. As I have to sometimes drive outside of Vanderbijlpark to see it this store has a specific product makes for an expected poor experience. On the other hand the Sasolburg branch is always a pleasure to buy hardware. Hope they improve their image soon as many friends and colleagues reported similar findings at this particular store.
