Concern Regarding Out-of-Stock Promotion at Biskruin Mica
Dear Mica Team,
I noticed your advertised birthday special for 5 canister gas refills for R100, which is a great deal. However, I have visited the Biskruin Mica branch twice, and on both occasions, they were out of stock on this item.
It's disappointing to make multiple trips for a promoted item that’s consistently unavailable. Could you please confirm whether this product will be restocked soon, and if so, whether it's possible to reserve it or receive a rain check?
I’d appreciate any clarification or assistance you can offer regarding this matter.

Please note that my concern is not about stock selling out quickly, but rather that the promotional item was never available at all at this branch, as advised by the store personnel. This raises questions about the availability of the promotion and whether all branches are being fairly and properly stocked
