Compliments to Mica Hardware - Amper Alles

July I bought a generator on 17 July 2020. It worked well until I discovered it was leaking oil. I returned it to the store at Silverlakes on13/08/2020 where Schalk is the technician. Schalk treated me the necessary respect and kept me up to date with the situation on my machine on a daly basis. They replaced the machine on 13/08/2020. I hereby applaud Schalk and Mica Hardware for not turning their back on their customers and for taking responsibility of the products they sell. Thank you very much!!!!!!
