Compliment

Good day I would like to compliment Mica Hardware Lenasia. I logged a complaint about defected items purchased at Mica. A lady from Mica head office contacted me in connection with my purchase. She got hold of Julian at the store he did call me. I related my issue to him. He arranged for defected doors to be fetched in return he supp**** me 2 beautiful Meranti doors in exchange for the 2 pine doors. That type of action has placed me to not stress anymore. The very same day I arranged for someone to put up the new doors. Thank you Hello Peter and Mel from head office. Most of all Julian from the store for treating me with respect and understanding. All of you have made me feel good after all the stress I have experienced. Well done Mel from head office and Julian from the store. Keep up the excellent work.
