I arrived at Mica Hardware in the Boskruin Centre on Sunday afternoon desperately needing to get some wires for my garage rewiring project.
As i parked my car i saw them close the doors. It was 13:28pm (they close at 1:30pm)

I ran up to the door and the Manager/Owner was standing talking to a cashier.
I knocked on the door hoping that they would quickly help me - Bearing in mind that i knew they had just closed.
The manager turned around and looked at me for 3 seconds, I showed him the wire and then completely turned his back and carried on talking to his cashier. I was left standing outside with his other cashiers just looking at me.

Now i completely understand that they had just closed, but why not open the door and tell me that you cannot help?
have never met such a rude man in my life. Apparently my money is only good enough when it suits the manager.

I will now take my business elsewhere ( even though i live across the road) and as i'm doing a lot of renovations it will be a lot of business. Closed - Fine.. But being that Rude is ridiculous.. And i wasn't the only one completely ignored either as i saw a young boy also get the cold shoulder.

Bad Customer service!!
