Bramley Jhb Mica - Amazing Service.

Had the most amazing service from Mica Bramley Jhb this week. I purchased the wrong item (my fault) and called them to let them know, and that I had lost my receipt. Without any question, Greg arranged to fetch the correct stock from his source within 2 hours, reprinted my invoice and even refunded me the difference in cash, all while making me feel like I was appreciated. The entire team there gave me great service, from the sales people to the management. This is a store I will support.
