Brackenfell Mica - rude management ( Janko )

I went to Bracken Mica yesterday to just enquire as to who does their buying and upon finding the right fellow( A rude man named Janko) before I even had a chance to introduce myself he screamed at me in front of staff and customers. I understand people are busy in their workplace but the attitude was really un-called for and in future I will advise my clients and suppliers to avoid going there. its a real pity as we deal with the rest of Mica branches and they are all very pleasant but as long as that's the kind of upper management at Bracken Mica don't waste your time with people like that.
