Battling to get my refund

Last year October me and my Wife bought the building material with the intension to build to the new place that we were promised, unforeseen situation occurred where we are not getting the place anymore and we are requesting the store to give us back our money they are now taking us from pillar to post.

I have sent them emails and they are not responding
