batteling to get my refund out of this branch
We returned items for credit.the credit was made on my card,on the 23/12/2015.<br> we never received the refund the Bank does not know of any transaction like this.<br> And the accounts Lady always has some excuse as to why it is not done.<br> this is now 2 weeks later and still no joy.<br> today 14/01/2016 she have to email the bank manager to find out what is going on.<br> this is sickening.
