Bad to Worse Experience

Went to Mica for the 5th time in 3 days. Eventually replaced the Hunter irrigation system today with the correct one, just to find out the unit is faulty and give a E01 code which cannot be cleared or reset. I think this unit was returned and just placed back on the shelf.
