Bad service

Bought a Ryobi brush cutter from Mica The Square in Ladysmith. After 30 minutes of use, the machine stopped working and I took it back to the shop.

As I entered the shop, the guy at the front desk said he knew what was wrong because it’s always the case, the fuel mixture was wrong.

After an hour of troubleshooting, the technician found that the spark plug is faulty, they need to replace it but at my cost. Apparently the spark plug died because of the wrong fuel mixture. I refused it and took my machine home, bought a spark plug at Midas for R36, and the machine is still working, with the same “wrong fuel mixture”.

I used to spend between R1000 and R1500 per month in that shop, but not anymore. They just lost a loyal customer because of a spark plug.
