Bad service and treatment
The worst store I have ever deal with. I was expecting my materials on Friday but it was never delivered even today the builders are still waiting for the materias. Mica Ladybrand is the worst hardware store

The owner of the store has confirmed that the delivery took place on Saturday, which was within 24 hours of the purchase. As per the stores terms and conditions a special delivery option is available for all urgent deliveries, which unfortunately was not arranged at the time of purchase.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Mica Hardware in Ladybrand. I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your store.
I was told that they wll deliver my material on friday because I paid for it before 13h00 on friday and i also left my number with them. They should have told me that they cant make it so that I can make other plans.
I was appalled at such behaviour and I hope you would look into this matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name , so please address this issue soon.
I trust this is not the way that Mica store wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
