Bad service and customer care
Do not shop here! We bought lights here one day ago, just to find out in one of the boxes one of the lights was broken. When we took it to exchange, they claimed that they checked it at the tills (which they never did, complete *****!) and they would not exchange it. Just shocked at how they could treat customers so badly. We will never buy at a Mica again, they completely lost our trust?
