Bad service

Mica Three Rivers delivered incorrect stuff and the Lady dealing with deliveries was dismissive of my request to correct my order even though I had paid for said delivery.

Reason she says" the person in the house who signed for the delivery should have checked".

And I ask "When inventory leaves the shop is it not checked? " Meaning the is Room for stock loss and theft, then the buisness is badly managed buisness.

She only then decided to entertain me.

Her demenour was not deserving of a position that deals with customers.

1 out of ten for that atrocious service. Sies.
