Bad Service

Firstly, I went to Mica and one of their sales people assisted me. I was looking for Super Glue and hecsold me Bostik Blits Stick Gel 3g. When I got home I could not use it because it was not Super Glue. I took it back and after wecwaited for about 15 minutes for the Store Manager, he came to the forefront and I explain to him that this is not what I wad looking for. He turned around and said that he cannot refund me although I had the slip. He then started getting very arrogant. I am a pensioner and it is a disgrace how Mica treat their Customers. And the same ******* that I paid R34. 99 for at Mica is getting sold at Checkers for R19. 99
