bad management

I have been using mica for 5 years on my personal capacity and for my company, I recently needed stock urgently and they didn't have stock,I placed an order and paid in advance ensure that they complete the order.

They didn't get the stock in time and they didn't even let me know even thou I had stated how urgent it is, When the stuff does come through, it was completely not what I had ordered, I ask to see the manager to explain what options I have to exchange as its urgent, and I did not have the receipt at hand at the time,I was told that she says she cant come to see me, They are really unprofessional and have a very bad attitude. They should not treat people like that especially when you are a loyal customer and they even know me personally,
