Bad customer service
I shop at your store next to eastgate weekly as I'm remodeling my new hse. The staff here that work with the arts & crafts are quite unhelpful I'm finding plus yr stock of mosaic tiles is inconsistent to say the least. I tried ordering x26 P-MetallicGlass Silver P-HLA-002 and was met with a blank stare. Shocking service
