BAD BAD MICA Middelburg

My husband and I went to Mica today. I have a condition and can`t really walk like other people. But I need some fabric paint and took a trolley to lean on and help with the walking. I got my paint and brushes and my husband told me to go out at the nearest door, because our vehicle was park right in front of that door and I could get easier in the car. I was struggle to breath. So we asked the lady at that door to open it for me so that I can go to the car. We explained to her what the situation was and that to go the other way out is to far for me to walk. She told me that she is gonna ask someone to open. I stand there for a while struggle to stand on my feet. Later some lady came and say sorry the boss said she can`t open. I know rules are rules, but I feel in some cases like mine now must be seen. I asked her where the boss is and she said: He is not here!!. I feel like if it is a security risk, they ask to search me. So why not help me??? Where is the respect for human gone to??
