Bad attitude from the store owner

I bought two doors from Mica Birch Acres on Saturday the 20th of February 2016 and i had to hire a bakkie to collect the goods.I later discovered that there was a manufaturers fault on one of the doors. I hired another bakkie on the 24th to return the door but only to be humiliated by Mr Bowan in front of his staff, Who refused to give me his surname. Telling me that it was unnessesary for him to give me his surname and they refused to take their door back.
