Amazing Service

Wow! What an incredible service that I received from Tumi at Lenasia Mica hardware. Apparently the shop has been having problems with their landline but I called several times during the weekend and Tumi her phone giving me all the services I have hoped for.She explained everything to me from A-Z, that's when I learnt that the shop has diverted their calls to her own personal numbers. Also they are not open on Sundays,but the service I received from her were exceptional even though I called on Sunday.I once called on Saturday and she was sick but that didn't stop her from doing her job,as she did the usual and assisted me without any hesitation.She did help me wholeheartedly and this shows that Tumi is a good service provider who is well trained.
