Absolutely no customer care
I bought a gas heater at mega mica eastgate only to get home and it wouldn't light ,then went back to the store only be help by one of their rude employee who does not listen no give me chance to explain the problem and according to him the heater is working when he tested it so I had to go home with it only to battle with lighting the heater and onse it was on it only lasted less than 10 minutes and it switched off and there after wouldn't light again. Mega mica eastgate has absolute regard for their customers.
