A long way for very little

Last month I popped in at Mica Parkmore looking for a toilet roll holder replacement. Instead of giving me whole new unit, the attendant was determined to get the right ***** to tighten the unit. So much so that he took it to the back workshop to have the steel cutter make the ***** shorter to fit the unit. I was given first class attention and it did not matter that my total expenditure was less than R30. Big ups Mica Parkmore.
