I phoned mibfa for a tax IRP5 on the 1st of august 2020,the lady took down my information and said i will receive it in 3 working days nothing happened.On the 11/8/2020 i phoned again and the lady said i must send an e mail which i did, nothing happened, i tried to phone again on the 18/8/2020 and was put through by an answering machine i hold on for 20 min ,no one answer.I cannot do my tax without the certificate ,can you please help me .I attach the e mail i has sent to them.Thank you very much
