good day My Name is Nicolene Daries I received letter from Metal industries pension fund/provident fund mid June 15th 2020. letter serves that benefits held in trust and note that the dependants(s) has now attained majority age of 18. and at legal age to receive their money. their then send me some forms as im the Guardian(Nicolene Daries) mother to Applicant who at the time has or was not of legal age.

As rquested by the industries that forms be filled in and sent back have followed as requested. In the letter from Metal Industries they also advised that monthly instalments was suspended. and the applicant(beneficiary) was awaiting funds and enquired as why that was stop.(monthly instalments). I had difficulty communicating on the fact that at the time the beneficiary was awaiting the monthly instalments. still owed and would comp**** with the request that he/she would be of age to receive that of he/she being legal. i advised in the same email sent of that they should keep us posted if we missed anything that was requested by them. that was on 01st sept2020. i received response on 3rd sept, that my query was being dealt with by a person called Moelo to assist..... who isnt the person who assists when needed funds. on the 15thSept i sent an email that of to request that my query regarding request funds monthly instalments was still not dealt with. As we request the funds by the 04th was asked to forward an affdavit from myself legal guardian(nicolene daries) giving consent to dependent to receive funds. and have been going back and forth and my query still not dealt with kindly assist me Hellopeter with the matter as i have been receiving poor assistance. kindly contact me Nicolene on *** or email me back on *** or my work ***
