Worst service waiting time pathetic upset

The ****ing worst service ever I urge everyone not to pay provident fund with these people useless service you have to fight for your own money I app**** middle of 2019 its 2020 now and still they are giving me uphill it's either affidavit invalid then I.d needs to be colour then they lost documents once I send them again then the affidavit is again invalid after sorting it out please these people are the first to take my money but to get it back is a total disaster I urge everyone please do not in future pay provident fund rather save your money yourself total incompetence worst service ever I would of been evicted by now if I was waiting for this money again DO NOT PAY PROVIDENT FUND TO MIBFA
