WORST FUNDS ADMINSTRATORS

VERY BAD MANAGEMENT OF OUR FUNDS. THIS IS OUR MONEY NOT A GIFT. I App**** for my 2 pot on the 02/09/2024. I called them in November and was told to re-submit as the initial application was submitted in bulk. Our admin then resent the applications on the 13/11/2024 individually. Its now the 11/12/2024 and non of us even received an SMS. All other companies around us have received their funds. Every call we make weve been told they have our application but it hasnt been scanned and allocated yet. So please tell me how is this possible? from september! WE NEED TO MOVE OUR FUNDS TO ANOTHER ADMINSTRATOR
