Withdrawal claim not being paid

I submitted my claim in May 2018 till today the claim is not paid up. Every time I follow up, I am told to submit affidavit which I submitted and when I followed up again I was told that I did not submit the affidavit. I re submitted the affidavit and when I followed up again I was told to go close the capitec account that I used long time ago even if I provided details from my ABSA account with bank stamp. I went to Capitec and I was told that the account number was closed long time ago. it is 6 months now since I submitted my claim and I am told stories every time I follow up. Reasons provided by MIBFA for the delay of payment processing are not authentic enough to justify the delay. I suspect that people's money are cashed out without them knowing. This is another undercover VBS scheme that needs to be exposed.
