Will my claim ever be paid

I submitted my application on 06/10/14 and was told the process would take three to four months.At the end of the fourth month they told me it would take four to six months.It is the sixth month and they say if there's still no pay out I should make regular monthly follow ups.I'm lodging a complaint with the Pension Funds Adjudicator.I edge all those in similar situation to complain to the PFA.The email is ***
