Who do we go to for help

Good day I urgently need help in regards to my provident fund payout.I submitted my documents on the 2nd of November 2017 and when I called them they said the claim was only opened on the 17th of November 2017.They said all documents are fine and must call back in 2 weeks.When I call them it's a different story.After calling on Monday they said the system has not updated yet and they gonna put through a query to the person that's handling my file.I called again this morning and it's the same thing.They say I must call back in 2 weeks.I need my money urgently.Please help me.
