Way over the waiting period and too much incopetency

<p>I have app**** on the 8 of November 2016 and accepted my application, even phoned them twice and visited their offices 2 times after to check if everything is fine and they confirmed to be fine, shockingly after 10 weeks when I go there they said there is a document missing. This ia not acceptable</p>
