waiting period of payout

<p>Good day, all I submitted my documents for my provident fund claim in November already and I am still waiting for my claim when I phoned how many times they say it takes 6 to8 weeks so now when I'm phoning they say they have logged a query and will get back to me in a day or two it's been another week now and still nothing from them. I don't know what I should do from here on.</p>
