WAITING FOR THE NEXT TIME IM WAITING

Good Day I am having a tough time with the call centre agents at MIBFA , I was a contributer to the metal industries fund and i have unclaimed benefits that is due to me , i made an application for my funds last year October and everytime i call the call centre to query how far is my application they just say they say they are waiting for a response from the company that i worked for , its been 3 months and they still give me the same excuse , it cant take so long for a company to reply to you and when you ask them questions they say they dont know , i am unemployed and in desperate need of those funds owed to me but until this day i have no help from them no answers and very unprofessional service .Please can you help !
