Waiting 6 months for payment of benefits

I submitted my benefit claim on 03/11/2014 and more than 6 months down the line it hasn't been paid yet.<br> I phone every month and every time the call center gives me a different story. They can't even tell me what the status is of my claim. I was so frustrated this morning that I burst into tears. They don't care for their members. Well I've had enough. I sent them a registered letter this morning and if I don't get a response I will go to the Pension Funds Adjudicator.
