VISION & MISSION STATEMENT

As a result of my query, MIBFA customer service informed me that the required documents needed to be sent to MIBFA, which I did on July 6th 2023. I am sure that a computer generated the response as Nhlakanipho Mahlangu was identified as the person dealing with my inquiry. Emails sent to Nhlakanipho Mahlangu are either ignored or not responded to. As a result, I complained to MIBFA, bringing Nhlakanipho's incompetence to the surface. The company has yet to acknowledge my complaint, let alone take action on it. As unfortunate as this case may be, MIBFA's ironic philosophy asserts they are committed to providing excellent customer service.
