Very unprofessional and rude staff!!

<p>My husband is trying to get his fund payout information and the first lady who answered, named Nandipa[?] was so incredibly rude because my husband does not know his ID number and i had to repeat it for him and she then transferred him to a second lady that was so unprofessional and she put the phone down in my husbands ear making us have to use more money to call then again!</p>
