very poor service

app**** for a statement in August 2015 , it is now february 2016 told me to come in january , called in january , got told it will take 2 more weeks, now it is february and still no feedback , each time u call they tell u 2 weeks, now in february they tell me it will take another 6 weeks, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A STATEMENT.
