Very Poor Service!!!

I have been struggling to get clarification on my case which i have submitted to the bargaining council in September of 2015. I have constant disappointments in terms of this matter, due to me being referred from 1 consultant to the other. since last year & up to date, i still have not received the relevant answers i require, as they endlessly keep \passing the buck\". I honestly would recommend employees consider legal representatives (legal wise etc.) instead of having to deal with this poor level of service."
