Very bad service by this goverment agencym

Good day. Mibfa is the worst service i have ever had to deal with,i do not like bad mouthing people but this is unexceptable its been months since i have put in my application and still i have not recived my provident payout, im tired of fighting for my own money. In my eyes i see this as we as people paying this moneys for our own benefit and these.peoples sallarys and they dont care for us,they are rude and unhelpful disrespectful toward us people whom has los our jobs,all we need is the money we saved up for some years,please can someone help with this problem its been way to hard trying to be nice and respectful with this goverment agency help please
