VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Good day! The customer service is very poor and the consultants rude. I send my documents twice , first time per reisterd post and they collected it, When i phoned then a week there after the couldn't found it . I send a second time documents per courier/ they recieved it and again signed for it. I phone them a week later.. they said I must phone them back after 6 weeks so that they could put it on the system. NOW 10 WEEKS LATER DOCUMENTS ARE AGAIN MISSING!!! They can't find I must phone back after 2 weeks. Its goiing on fot almost a year now!!! BAD BAD BAD
