unsatisfactory service received from pensioen fund

Good day. I went personaly to the pensioen funds office to app**** for my pensioen about 4 months ago. whilst I was there their response to me was that the pay out will be after 4 months. I asked my wife to give them a call to ask them how far the payment is in prosess. My wife phoned about 2 weeks ago and their answer to her was that she should phone back after 2 weeks because the payment is still in progress. My wife phoned them today the 298/09/2015 and a very unhelpfull and rude assistant inform her that my wife must phone back at the end of October. Hopefully by that time she'll have an answer. My wife did inform her that the payout was suppose to be paid after 4 months of application. wich this assistance reply was \after 4 months means it can be 7 8 or 9 months.<br> <br> I just feel that isn't what I was informed when I visited them at their offices.
