Unprofessional Service

Last year October 2014 application for provident fund was submitted. All documents were submitted. Originals were sent in April 2015. Up till today no money has been paid out. It takes 6 weeks to pay out provident but everytime i called them they told me to call after 2 weeks. This has been going on for 1 year now. Why is it so hard to pay out money that i have been paying them for? Their dont respond back to me when i call. They dont allow me to speak to a manager just say call after 2 weeks. <br> <br> Please can u respond to my request as it has been 1 year i am still waiting for my money.<br> <br> Thank yoy
