Unprofessional borderline pathetic service!

I have submitted my documentation in May this year for a provident fund to pay out, and I am still waiting for the pay out. Every time that I call the centre I just get instructed to phone again after three weeks, EVERY TIME!<br> <br> The call centre agents are unprofessional and RUDE!!<br> <br> I will NEVER make use of MIBFA again!
