Unpaid MIBFA claim

Unpaid MIBFA claim. I had submitted my forms on the 15th of December 2020 and received a sms on the 18th that my application has been submitted, I had then decided to call and do a follow up on the 22nd of February 2021, 25 February 2021 to do a follow up and was told that everything has been submitted. I called again on the 3rd of March 2021 and 9th of March and was told that it has been approved, I had then decided to call again and the agent tells me that the application is sitting at SARS and there is nothing that can be done, what I don't understand is why I was told last week that the application is approved and now it is sitting with SARS, it is now already 3 months that I have been waiting for my pay out.
