unpaid death claims for late husband

I have been trying to claim death benefits of my late husband. its been over a year now and MIBFA is still telling me i must wait 2 weeks, when i ask for feedback after the two weeks they tell me i must wait 1 week. every time i ask for feedback I'm told 1 story after the other. what's worse is the guy who's handling the claim (Solethu Gida) will not call you or email you for feedback.
