Unpaid Claim

I have been waiting for a claim to be settled for over a year. I call all the time and get the run around from one person to the next, from the Cape Town office to the call centre. Ive submitted my documents countless times still to hear nothing has been uploaded in the system. No one is willing to assist, where is this money that is due to me? Such a long time. What is done with all the peoples money who has been waiting for their money for years?? Something us not right. I was dealing with Feizal Davids in Cape Town, personally submitted all documents to Samantha in his office a year ago just to be told, call Jhb call centre a year later and nothing received.
