Unacceptable Service

<p>My Name is Francois and have been paying into my MIBFA fund for over 13years. I don't Pay into the find any longer and my company does not contribute. I simply want to move my funds to a fund where it will continue growing. After 8months I'm still struggling to get things done. We have excuse after excuse. I believe I have a right to prepare for my future and MIBFA is withholding me from doing just that. </p>
